Asics GEL-Transcend FJ

Asics consistently expands its SportStyle chapter with the GEL-Transcend FJ, a silhouette that delves deep into the brand's archives from Kobe. The GEL-Transcend FJ sneaker channels influences from archived Asics hiking and walking shoes of the 90s. Built on GEL-FUJITRABUCO tooling, the model combines robust performance with finely tuned design details – outdoor DNA, translated for the street. The Black Coffee / Graphite Grey colorway remains muted and mature. Sturdy leather, additional perforations, and accentuated seams give the GEL-Transcend FJ a sharp, modern touch. Various elements from the TRANSCEND series and the GEL-ODYSSEY and GEL-RADIUS models appear throughout the upper, while the midsole integrates the GEL-FUJITRABUCO-7 tooling – rugged design language meets grip and durability. The brown-grey tones capture the mood currently shaping the trail-inspired corner of the scene: raw, functional, without show. A grab for those who think beyond Gorpcore rather than just quoting it.
